No, and that is deliberate. Payroll and attendance are the reason most organisations stop using spreadsheets, so charging extra for them would be charging extra for the point of the product. If you do not run payroll here, switch the module off and use the rest.
Nothing changes until you renew. We count your people at renewal and that is the step you move to. You will never get a surprise invoice in the middle of a month you have already paid for.
